About INNO-WEIGHTS
FOR SALE
Inno Weights is a patent protected creation made by Kyle H. Goodwin.
This design patent is for sale and has the potential to change how people view fitness, with the idea that fitness does NOT need to be intimidating, complicated...or expensive!
While this structure is rudimentary in appearance it is incredibly diverse and effective, with one structure allowing for a wide range of movements/exercises, and two pieces giving the user the full range of it's possibilities.
Many movements incorporate a multitude of muscle groups providing a dynamic exercise that benefits loose/active muscles useful for athletics and an active lifestyle.
Routines can be done in 20-30 minutes giving the user an absolute kick-ass workout that not only shapes and strengthens the body but also gives cardio benefits.
This device also eliminates the need for thousands of dollars in equipment, many of which are redundant and take up lots of space

About the creator
I'm someone that has a tendency to think independently and follow his own path, both professionally and personally.
A career in food and art as well a lifelong participant of athletics and sports, keeping fit and healthy has always been a priority in his life.
Surfing and mountain biking have been among the main activities, mixed with snowboarding, volleyball, ocean swimming, kayaking, hiking, and generally open to pretty much what ever came his way for adventure and fun!
Cross training became more important during periods of no waves as well to train for races and the gym was the usual place to go, as well experimenting with ideas and new routines, even using trainers. I was even doing "cross fit" before it was a thing---throwing and rolling large logs, climbing trees and pull ups, running and jumping off obstacles and whatever else he could mix in while living in the country. Speed, strength, agility were always the main focus.
Eventually going inside to an often crowded gym became unappealing and I started playing with new ideas on how to keep his fitness while being outside or elsewhere...a climbing rope was installed in his art studio and then playing with multi-functional structures which eventually became the basis for the Inno-Weights.
After spending some time developing routines, exercises, techniques I began to research producing actual prototypes that could change weights in order to grow in strength and challenge, as well be used by others with less strength.
A mold was made and I began the process of creating epoxy structures. After the first was successfully made he made number two and now it was all that was done for cross training. Taking the structures to the beach became a favorite, or just staying inside or in the back yard of the studio...no matter where the structures can be used and to great effect! I soon began to realize these can do anything that a myriad of gym equipment can achieve, and with less time, less gear, less expense...and these also stick to his philosophy of keeping life simple!
